Hi, I had my hotmail account for over 20 years and I never had an issue like this. As of this morning at 4am ALL of my junk emails are going to my inbox. No settings have been amended.
Since I've had this account for many years every 5 minutes I receive a junk in my inbox. Ive searched for a solution online but all I can see is for outlook and not outlook/hotmail 365. I've tried everything at this point, from rules to flagging wit no help. Has anyone experienced the same? Microsoft doesnt seem to have a customer service team to help?
Many thanks

I'm having the same issue that just started today, and like you I've had email account for 10+ years. This is insanely frustrating but I'm glad to see that it is an outlook issue and not just mine.
I also conveniently got a flagged message saying my account was signed into from Russia at 4 am.
Maybe, just maybe there are people at Microsoft reading these threads and they read this one and decided they had a problem. Not to mention over 160 frustrated and angry customers. Last 2 junk emails to get in my inbox were half an hour ago. Maybe they're working on the problem, we can all hope.
We received that exact email. It is a very good spoofed email. If you hover over the box called "Secure my account", you'll see it goes to some unknown hotmail account...not Microsoft.
I am experiencing the same issue. I could have written this post. I’ve had the same email for 25 years.
Ugh.
If so many of us have the same issues, I hope they’re working on it.
