Hi, I had my hotmail account for over 20 years and I never had an issue like this. As of this morning at 4am ALL of my junk emails are going to my inbox. No settings have been amended.
Since I've had this account for many years every 5 minutes I receive a junk in my inbox. Ive searched for a solution online but all I can see is for outlook and not outlook/hotmail 365. I've tried everything at this point, from rules to flagging wit no help. Has anyone experienced the same? Microsoft doesnt seem to have a customer service team to help?

Hopefully I'm not speaking too soon, but the last two e-mails have gone to my junkmail instead of inbox these past few minutes.
I'm hoping the problem has been fixed or will be soon.
I Have had my hotmail for 20 years+ and the same issue started today, Feb 20, 2023. I live in Canada. I went to my junk settings and there is nothing to prevent this.
Last fall, all of a sudden all my saved contacts were going to my junk mail. If I didnt have this email address for everything in my life, I would delete this account all together. It has gone to ****.
Also getting the same issue. On the verge of abandoning this 20+ year account and just using Gmail tomorrow if it's not sorted
Same thing happened to me starting late yesterday February 19, 2023. I had 31 spam emails in my inbox by 9:30 AM the following morning. All of the emails were from different addresses and with different subject lines and contents.
Hi. My wife is having the same issue. She doesn't even know how to change any settings.
Strangely, I don't get any spam mail at all. Not even in mu Junk folder. I have had my account for over 20 years and don't know how I stopped it all those years ago.
