What manner of witchcraft did you have to employ to actually contact them? All avenues I attempted lead to logic loops.

Hi, I had my hotmail account for over 20 years and I never had an issue like this. As of this morning at 4am ALL of my junk emails are going to my inbox. No settings have been amended.
Since I've had this account for many years every 5 minutes I receive a junk in my inbox. Ive searched for a solution online but all I can see is for outlook and not outlook/hotmail 365. I've tried everything at this point, from rules to flagging wit no help. Has anyone experienced the same? Microsoft doesnt seem to have a customer service team to help?
Many thanks

I am experiencing the same issue and have just gotten off of the phone with Microsoft. The only solution that I was provided was to send an email with feedback on my issue and wait for a response, which is pathetic. I do recall this issue happening when Hotmail users were forced to switch to an outlook domain in order to log in, but can't recall how it was resolved. You would think that since this has happened in the past that Microsoft would keep this on their radar when doing future updates, but that would make too much sense.
same happening to me this morning ! I get hundreds of junk emails every day and today it's all landing in my inbox/
I'm having the exact same issue. I'm located in Spain.
It seems like a huge number of people from all around the world are experiencing this issue. I hope this is not an intentional change from Microsoft.
