Junk Emails Suddenly going to Inbox Feb 2023

Hi, I had my hotmail account for over 20 years and I never had an issue like this. As of this morning at 4am ALL of my junk emails are going to my inbox. No settings have been amended.

Since I've had this account for many years every 5 minutes I receive a junk in my inbox. Ive searched for a solution online but all I can see is for outlook and not outlook/hotmail 365. I've tried everything at this point, from rules to flagging wit no help. Has anyone experienced the same? Microsoft doesnt seem to have a customer service team to help?

Many thanks

I’ve had same account for over 20 years and this is the first time this is happening. Microsoft needs to look into this as this causing all junk e-mail, which I have filters around, is getting sent to my inbox.

I just did a chat with tech support and they said this is a known problem on their end and that the engineers are working to fix it. They anticipate it should be fixed within 24 hours.

I just did a tech support chat with Microsoft and they said this is a known, system-wide problem and their engineers are working to fix it.
