Hi, I had my hotmail account for over 20 years and I never had an issue like this. As of this morning at 4am ALL of my junk emails are going to my inbox. No settings have been amended.
Since I've had this account for many years every 5 minutes I receive a junk in my inbox. Ive searched for a solution online but all I can see is for outlook and not outlook/hotmail 365. I've tried everything at this point, from rules to flagging wit no help. Has anyone experienced the same? Microsoft doesnt seem to have a customer service team to help?

This junk mail problem is still going on, for me at least. Appalling that it is now 2 months since people started reporting this issue and it is still not fixed! Fed up!

Is this happening again for anyone else? For a couple of weeks now I just can't block the flood of junk, no matter what I do. The messages just keep landing in inbox
Just for the record, the problem has been solved for me. I check my junk mail folder every day and move messages that I want to accept to the Inbox where they will go in future. I average 20 junk emails a day, more at weekends.
Glad to know I'm not the only one with this problem.
I've been getting tons of spam ads, most specifically ads for US based companies. Me being from EU it misses the mark with a mile.
Been thinking switching e-mail if it gets any worse as it seems hotmail filters are suddenly god damn useless and let's through everything, no questions asked.
