Hi, I had my hotmail account for over 20 years and I never had an issue like this. As of this morning at 4am ALL of my junk emails are going to my inbox. No settings have been amended.
Since I've had this account for many years every 5 minutes I receive a junk in my inbox. Ive searched for a solution online but all I can see is for outlook and not outlook/hotmail 365. I've tried everything at this point, from rules to flagging wit no help. Has anyone experienced the same? Microsoft doesnt seem to have a customer service team to help?

I had this happen this morning for the first time. Can't find any link to a Microsoft Support or Customer Service site.
This is what Tech Support replied: "I understand you better Sagar, I will like you to know that this Issue is a Known Issue and our engineers are working to fix it February 20, 2023, 9:34 am"
Same issue for me and I've had my MSN email for over 20 years with no issues. My husband has a Live email and had the same problems, both started this morning. When I tried contacting support it sent me to an app.

I now have the same problem. Just started weekend of Feb 18/19 2023. I did not change a thing. MS did something.
