Hi, I had my hotmail account for over 20 years and I never had an issue like this. As of this morning at 4am ALL of my junk emails are going to my inbox. No settings have been amended.
Since I've had this account for many years every 5 minutes I receive a junk in my inbox. Ive searched for a solution online but all I can see is for outlook and not outlook/hotmail 365. I've tried everything at this point, from rules to flagging wit no help. Has anyone experienced the same? Microsoft doesnt seem to have a customer service team to help?

I also noticed that my "Sync Issues" folder is getting alot of messages which NEVER happens
I’ve got the same problem, though I just received a message from Microsoft that said my account has been accessed by someone in Russia. Who knows what’s really going on.

It works now! It is either because I unchecked and checked all email that is not on my safe list to go to my junk mail or they fixed it :)
It's got to be a Microsoft issue here, since so many of us are seeing the same thing.
I have more than one hotmail account but only one of them is being slammed with SPAM mail to my focused and other boxes.
The other account I only use for important notifications and not for anything else.
Plus, I can no longer find any mail settings to change or revise.
A second thing I'm seeing is most of the new tabs are showing as NOT SECURE, even though I know many of them have been secure until today.

Thanks! Maybe they should hire back some of the people they just let go. I am having the same problem. Have had Hotmail for 24 years and always said how great their junk filter was. Let's hope they get this fixed quickly!.
