Hi, I had my hotmail account for over 20 years and I never had an issue like this. As of this morning at 4am ALL of my junk emails are going to my inbox. No settings have been amended.
Since I've had this account for many years every 5 minutes I receive a junk in my inbox. Ive searched for a solution online but all I can see is for outlook and not outlook/hotmail 365. I've tried everything at this point, from rules to flagging wit no help. Has anyone experienced the same? Microsoft doesnt seem to have a customer service team to help?

I have the exact same thing as the rest of you. I am in Canada, My filters have been the same for years, my junk mail filtering was fine last night and today it isn't.
This is extremely annoying. COntacting support seems to be ridiculous as well.

Same issue. Have had this hotmail account since the 90's. Today all the junk mail is going into my inbox. Found this when I logged in this morning. Wasn't happening previously and I didn't change anything.
I also don't understand why I keep getting all these junk emails when I BLOCK them EVERYDAY! Microsoft needs to find the base issue. Someone was messing around with the system.
I'm having the same problem. It's not a matter of settings. It's something on Outlooks end. My junk mail folder is empty and it's all going to my inbox. How is Outlook going to resolve this problem?
Same thing started with my email. Have not changed a thing. However, it seems to be happening only on my iPhone not my ipad. At least now I know it is nothing I did and really nothing I can fix at this point. I was going insane.
