Junk Emails Suddenly going to Inbox Feb 2023

Hi, I had my hotmail account for over 20 years and I never had an issue like this. As of this morning at 4am ALL of my junk emails are going to my inbox. No settings have been amended.

Since I've had this account for many years every 5 minutes I receive a junk in my inbox. Ive searched for a solution online but all I can see is for outlook and not outlook/hotmail 365. I've tried everything at this point, from rules to flagging wit no help. Has anyone experienced the same? Microsoft doesnt seem to have a customer service team to help?

Many thanks

The legit spam junk mail is going to my inbox and the stuff I signed up for but leave as junk is going to my "other" inbox and not my "focused" one.

Man someone sure screwed things up on microsofts end - they better fix this ASAP.

There's 973 people in the chat window that I was waiting to contact support. Seems like it should be higher but man this is a real piss off.
