Hi, I had my hotmail account for over 20 years and I never had an issue like this. As of this morning at 4am ALL of my junk emails are going to my inbox. No settings have been amended.
Since I've had this account for many years every 5 minutes I receive a junk in my inbox. Ive searched for a solution online but all I can see is for outlook and not outlook/hotmail 365. I've tried everything at this point, from rules to flagging wit no help. Has anyone experienced the same? Microsoft doesnt seem to have a customer service team to help?

Also having this issue. Had my hotmail since 2001 and never had a problem with Junk. Now I am getting 50+ a day into my inbox. Insanely annoying
I used to block all the junk emails until I got a message from Microsoft telling me there was no more room for them. I had to empty my blocked senders list. Blocking junk didn't reduce the number I was getting anyway, so now I no longer bother. What I do.
Scan junk mail for errant or new trusted senders.
Block remaining junk mail en masse.
Solitary junk that does not allow blocking gets reported as phishing.
It can be tedious handling 30 to 50 or more unwanted e-mails everyday, but it is what it is.
Junk filters have not (not!) been working for me all of a sudden! So for some of you the problem has been resolved? How? Please @Microsoft, make this happen for me as well!
So the junk filters are working again but there seems to be another problem. E-mails from trusted senders that are deleted are often reappearing. Sheesh!
