Junk Emails Suddenly going to Inbox Feb 2023

Hi, I had my hotmail account for over 20 years and I never had an issue like this. As of this morning at 4am ALL of my junk emails are going to my inbox. No settings have been amended.

Since I've had this account for many years every 5 minutes I receive a junk in my inbox. Ive searched for a solution online but all I can see is for outlook and not outlook/hotmail 365. I've tried everything at this point, from rules to flagging wit no help. Has anyone experienced the same? Microsoft doesnt seem to have a customer service team to help?

Many thanks

Same thing happened to me. It’s started today and I have had my hotmail for around 20 years.

Seam like Microsoft finally fixed it. I had the same issue about a month ago. Seems like a glitch in the system. Hopefully no more glitches in the near future!

same problem here. It's annoying! Sounds like this is resolving for some people. but I'm still getting junk into my inbox as of 5 minutes ago.

I, too, suddenly have the same junk-into-my inbox problem after I did a Windows 11 restart yesterday evening.
