Hi, I had my hotmail account for over 20 years and I never had an issue like this. As of this morning at 4am ALL of my junk emails are going to my inbox. No settings have been amended.
Since I've had this account for many years every 5 minutes I receive a junk in my inbox. Ive searched for a solution online but all I can see is for outlook and not outlook/hotmail 365. I've tried everything at this point, from rules to flagging wit no help. Has anyone experienced the same? Microsoft doesnt seem to have a customer service team to help?

well I got a break for two days where it correct itself, now starting up again. Receiving junk in my focused slot. Jeeeezzzzzz cant they fix this once and for all. Also, now getting microsoft notification that some russian is accessing my account. Really, hey Microsoft fix the damn system
My experience too. Getting a few junk mails into my Inbox, and more then ever into my junk box - 55 this am.
I'm having the exact same problem , all of a sudden after 10 years or more with hotmail
Spammers are obviously way more smarter than the Microsoft engineers as I am now back to where I was. ~30 junk emails in my "Focused" (what a joke!) mailbox since morning. Useless!
