Junk Emails Suddenly going to Inbox Feb 2023

Hi, I had my hotmail account for over 20 years and I never had an issue like this. As of this morning at 4am ALL of my junk emails are going to my inbox. No settings have been amended.

Since I've had this account for many years every 5 minutes I receive a junk in my inbox. Ive searched for a solution online but all I can see is for outlook and not outlook/hotmail 365. I've tried everything at this point, from rules to flagging wit no help. Has anyone experienced the same? Microsoft doesnt seem to have a customer service team to help?

    Also having this issue. Had my hotmail since 2001 and never had a problem with Junk. Now I am getting 50+ a day into my inbox. Insanely annoying

    I am experiencing the same thing. Last time this happened, Microsoft sent an email stating they are trying to fix the issue, which they did. Unfortunately, I don't know a solution. I hope they fix it soon.

    Yeah, same thing happening to me. Was fine last night but this morning about 25 **** mails were in the inbox. No use complaining unless they dont throw a fix at it in the next couple days. If that's the worst thing that happens today to me then I'm OK for now.

    What a shame - exactly same thing for me too. Really annoying, hopefully it gets fixed soon.
