Hi, I had my hotmail account for over 20 years and I never had an issue like this. As of this morning at 4am ALL of my junk emails are going to my inbox. No settings have been amended.
Since I've had this account for many years every 5 minutes I receive a junk in my inbox. Ive searched for a solution online but all I can see is for outlook and not outlook/hotmail 365. I've tried everything at this point, from rules to flagging wit no help. Has anyone experienced the same? Microsoft doesnt seem to have a customer service team to help?

For those "experts" trying to teach us how to set up a spam filter, SAVE IT!!!!! This is an unusual problem which has never happened before!! Moreover, right now, the filtering option that would allow Outlook to accept ONLY emails from my contacts is GONE!!!! Shame on you, Microsoft!!!!

No fix yet. One person said tech support is aware of system-wide issue and hope to have resolved in 24 hours! For me it is affecting all my devices, iPad, iPhone and Mac Air. Royal pain. Getting hundreds of junk mails in my inbox, actually way more than usual that wnt directly to junk. No idea what changed on Microsoft’s part and changing email service is not an easy solution either. Whole thing is unacceptable!
Same issue. Have had this hotmail account since the 90's. Today all the junk mail is going into my inbox. Found this when I logged in this morning. Wasn't happening previously and I didn't change anything.
I also don't understand why I keep getting all these junk emails when I BLOCK them EVERYDAY! Microsoft needs to find the base issue. Someone was messing around with the system.
