Hi, I had my hotmail account for over 20 years and I never had an issue like this. As of this morning at 4am ALL of my junk emails are going to my inbox. No settings have been amended.
Since I've had this account for many years every 5 minutes I receive a junk in my inbox. Ive searched for a solution online but all I can see is for outlook and not outlook/hotmail 365. I've tried everything at this point, from rules to flagging wit no help. Has anyone experienced the same? Microsoft doesnt seem to have a customer service team to help?

I would request each and everyone of you to go ahead and contact Microsoft and create a ticket for this issue. I believe MS will listen to them. How to get support for Outlook.com - Microsoft Support
Got the Russian Login message the other day, and now junk mail is getting to my inbox again! CAN THERE BE A CONNECTION?
After a couple of days of MS filters being successful, I again have a ****-show in the focused inbox today! I would really like some time with these spamming criminals in some basement somewhere with reliable power supply......
