Hi, I had my hotmail account for over 20 years and I never had an issue like this. As of this morning at 4am ALL of my junk emails are going to my inbox. No settings have been amended.
Since I've had this account for many years every 5 minutes I receive a junk in my inbox. Ive searched for a solution online but all I can see is for outlook and not outlook/hotmail 365. I've tried everything at this point, from rules to flagging wit no help. Has anyone experienced the same? Microsoft doesnt seem to have a customer service team to help?
Many thanks

Same thing happened to me. Junk is going to inbox and inbox is going to junk. I've had my account since hotmail started over 20 years ago. With all the people complaining on the same day about this same problem, I'm sure it's a system problem. I hope it's fixed asap.

We received that exact email. It is a very good spoofed email. If you hover over the box called "Secure my account", you'll see it goes to some unknown hotmail account...not Microsoft.
Maybe, just maybe there are people at Microsoft reading these threads and they read this one and decided they had a problem. Not to mention over 160 frustrated and angry customers. Last 2 junk emails to get in my inbox were half an hour ago. Maybe they're working on the problem, we can all hope.
