Junk Emails Suddenly going to Inbox Feb 2023

Hi, I had my hotmail account for over 20 years and I never had an issue like this. As of this morning at 4am ALL of my junk emails are going to my inbox. No settings have been amended.

Since I've had this account for many years every 5 minutes I receive a junk in my inbox. Ive searched for a solution online but all I can see is for outlook and not outlook/hotmail 365. I've tried everything at this point, from rules to flagging wit no help. Has anyone experienced the same? Microsoft doesnt seem to have a customer service team to help?

    I Have had my hotmail for 20 years+ and the same issue started today, Feb 20, 2023. I live in Canada. I went to my junk settings and there is nothing to prevent this.

    Last fall, all of a sudden all my saved contacts were going to my junk mail. If I didnt have this email address for everything in my life, I would delete this account all together. It has gone to ****.

    Hopefully I'm not speaking too soon, but the last two e-mails have gone to my junkmail instead of inbox these past few minutes.

    I'm hoping the problem has been fixed or will be soon.

    Yep same I think I have had my email for 24 years. Seems odd that it’s happening all of the sudden like this. I may change my password just to make sure I’m not getting hacked. We will see how that goes.

    I have had exactly the same problem today. I have changed no settings whatsoever yet suddenly all the emails that should be going into my junk email are appearing in my inbox. I have very strict settings regarding the emails that should go into my inbox and it's very frustrating!

    Hey everybody......start reporting all of these junk emails as Junk or Phishing.

    I wonder what this will do to their servers?

    Might wake them up and result in action.
