Hi, I had my hotmail account for over 20 years and I never had an issue like this. As of this morning at 4am ALL of my junk emails are going to my inbox. No settings have been amended.
Since I've had this account for many years every 5 minutes I receive a junk in my inbox. Ive searched for a solution online but all I can see is for outlook and not outlook/hotmail 365. I've tried everything at this point, from rules to flagging wit no help. Has anyone experienced the same? Microsoft doesnt seem to have a customer service team to help?

It has happened to me before, but never this bad.
I am having the exact same issue on an iPhone 13 pro max. I am about to delete the outlook app and just use something else.
I am experiencing the same problem as of this morning, February 20, 2023 all my junk mail started going into my regular email box, on my phone and my Windows PC both. I have filters set to contacts only so it is definitely not my end.
Same thing has been happening to me at the same time today. Haven’t had a problem in 20 years until now. I did some Internet searching and it seems that this has been happening to people on and off for many years and I can’t figure out if it’s ever been resolved for them. Very annoying. The replies from Support are not helpful. They do not resolve the problem.
Same here! I haven't tried to contact microsoft as it appears to be ineffective anyhow. Maybe some type of cyber attack??? This is SUPER ANNOYING
