This is not a network issue! Please I beg do not say is it a network issue lol

One drive working fine on pcs in house on windows 10

On this pc windows 11, it was signed in and working fine. Then this morning its not signed in. I unlinked then on sign in it says no network connection check internet settings.

I have set ethernet to DHCP incase this was the issue.

I have uninstalled onedrive and reinstalled

I have restarted multiple times

This is a new install of windows 11 less than a week old. today there was un update 22621.1194

However I installed that update after finding onedrive is playing up.

I rebooted my router.

I am out of ideas. but I really, really need onedrive to work.

Edited to add I have turned on all TLS in internet settings. No dice.

Try this

Click start, type Run and click on the run box

Paste this in: RunDll32.exe InetCpl.cpl,ResetIEtoDefaults

Click the Reset button and reboot

Seem to have worked for a number of people here: NetExtender seems to break connection to Office 365 : sonicwall (reddit.com)

Hi respected GarethIrwin1,

Thanks for your valuable feedback and sharing updates with us and I really appreciate your effort and your precious time doing.

And I appreciate your kind words.

It seems that New Windows Profile can resolve the issue.

However, in your old user profile try to reset Internet Explorer setting, then rebooting the user's machine.

  1. Go to control panel.
  2. Then select Network and Internet>select internet Options.
  3. Select advanced options.
  4. Restore Advanced Settings.
  5. Reboot to check.

If above still doesn't affect, then I think it's corruption in the profile (probably something in the registry.) upon making another account on your computer it's OK.

Your understanding and patience will be highly appreciated. I hope that you are keeping safe and well!

Sincerely,

Waqas Muhammad

This has cropped again. I really don't have time for this!

Onedrive signed out and cannot sign back in because it believes I have no network connection when I do.

Also Microsoft teams ran into a problem reconnecting.

I have perfect internet here on all other devices everything is working just fine. On windows 11, it falls over.

    Dear respected GarethIrwin1,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

I’m sorry you’re having a problem with sign into OneDrive but based on your description we can work together to resolve it.

For the situation you encountered, we deeply understand the inconvenience caused and apologize for it.

    First please accept mt apologize.

Since you mentioned you check activate TSL 1.2 in internet settings on your Windows 11 OS, but the problem still persists. I assume you also restart pc after turning on TSL 1.2.

As per your error message after research a lot, I found some users fix this error message by changing/switch the language setting to English:

Also, this problem might be occurring secure Mail App activated a System-Proxyserver. After deactivating the System-Proxyserver try to log in.

Also, if you have set up a VPN or network proxy, please temporarily disable it to see if you can log in.

If above is already checked and doesn't work, then I think this issue might be raised by your local environment (Settings, Registry).

Given this situation, try to Create a new user account (for test purpose) under your Windows 11. See if it still alerts you with the same error message. It is worth trying because it will help you narrow down whether the issue is caused by a specific corrupted user profile.

Appreciate your patience and understanding and thank you for your time and cooperation.

    Sincerely,

    Waqas Muhammad
