Processes in Microsoft 365 for setting up Office apps, redeeming product keys, and activating licenses.
Nope. No "3 squares with an arrow icon."

When I open the Office app, only a white blank screen is displayed. This occurs on my laptop, and suddenly started showing the white screen on my PC as well. I'm running Windows 11 on my laptop and Windows 10 on my PC. I tried repairing it, then resetting Office, but that did not help. All of the apps work as expected like Word and Excel, only the Office app is exhibiting this behavior.

Worked for me thanks. I did get a new office shortcut on the Task Bar in addition to the old one. The old one still didn't work, the new one does. I've just unpinned the old one to avoid confusion. Thanks.
e.g. On the taskbar, type "Outlook" in the search panel, right-click on 'Outlook App' then click "Pin to Taskbar" and run it from the Taskbar.
If it's not there then sorry :( but I can do this with Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
Hi there,
will there be a updated for the office app?
our workaround (or a replacement) is to use Web browsers that are progressive web app compatible (Edge and chrome). When dealing with a Microsoft product it was best to use MS Edge.
I have the same issue as well. I did a full factory reset of my brand new Surface Go 2 and it's still showing a white screen.
I can, however, open the apps individually using their own launcher.
Waiting for a fix I guess!
