When I open the Office app, only a white blank screen is displayed. This occurs on my laptop, and suddenly started showing the white screen on my PC as well. I'm running Windows 11 on my laptop and Windows 10 on my PC. I tried repairing it, then resetting Office, but that did not help. All of the apps work as expected like Word and Excel, only the Office app is exhibiting this behavior.

2022-09-06T02:24:01+00:00 Great, I can't open any apps directly, and the paper I was working on somehow saved pinned to my 365 app. I can't access it. I've been working on it for 4 weeks, it needs to be finished in the next 2 days, and now I get to start it all over. I work full time and have kids, I don't have time to resurrect this thing!

Did you have to uninstall both. & then re-install, or just uninstall one of them?

2022-09-06T02:53:33+00:00 I think only Office for web apps built-in for Windows or downloaded from MS Store is not working.
If you do not have Office desktop apps installed like Microsoft 365 Personal, Office 2019, etc. You can still access Office for web here Free Microsoft Office Online | Word, Excel, PowerPoint since your files should have been saved and accessible in OneDrive
Edit: If you have Office desktop installed. Office desktop apps are possibly not affected by the issue since you can still launch Excel, Word, etc individually when searched in Start Menu
