When I open the Office app, only a white blank screen is displayed. This occurs on my laptop, and suddenly started showing the white screen on my PC as well. I'm running Windows 11 on my laptop and Windows 10 on my PC. I tried repairing it, then resetting Office, but that did not help. All of the apps work as expected like Word and Excel, only the Office app is exhibiting this behavior.

I am like everyone else Office app menu is blank but individual office apps work. It happened to me while I was on the PC. I hope that Microsoft fixes this because it is kind of a pain now that I got used to Main Office app to kick off the programs.

I thank you for the posting the solution. Opening the individual Office Applications works fine for now. What others need to know is that once you open an application (for example Word) you literally can move from one Office application to another Office application without ever leaving the Word application. When you have completed work in Word and close the documents you should notice an active Word icon on your task bar. If you select that icon you are right where you were when you first started up Word. Switch to another Office application there.
Read the solution. It works. All is not lost just different for now.
I'm having the same problem. However, even though I can open Word, Publisher, Excel, and the other apps, I cannot open Outlook for my email. When I try, I get an intro screen with a message that my profile is loading. I've let it sit for hours and Outlook never opens.
I finally chatted with Microsoft Office and Windows Support and they were able to help me resolve the problem.
