Office blank white screen

When I open the Office app, only a white blank screen is displayed. This occurs on my laptop, and suddenly started showing the white screen on my PC as well. I'm running Windows 11 on my laptop and Windows 10 on my PC. I tried repairing it, then resetting Office, but that did not help. All of the apps work as expected like Word and Excel, only the Office app is exhibiting this behavior.

    There is now an update for the Office app in the Microsoft Store that fixes this problem - go to Microsoft Store, Library, Get Updates

    All of my individual apps (word, excel, PowerPoint) worked fine before the fix. My one drive was never affected. Your online OneNote should work fine.

    I have the same problem with my office desktop app being blank after open it. However, my PowerPoint, Word, and Excel can open separately on the desktop and still work fine. But my OneNote showed a pop-up that said it couldn't sync with Onedrive. So, I can run my OneNote only in a web browser.

    I was having the same issue. Repairing the office installation did not help. First, I ran a windows update. Second, I updated all of my intel drivers from intel's website. And lastly, I rebooted after the updates and the office 365 start screen was working correctly. I hope this helps everyone.

    You can sign into Microsoft office from a web page and access files from there.
