Use network upload to import PST files into Office

During network upload, we get back the error MRSRemoteTransientError. Detail: X-Psws-ErrorCode: 841101 X-Psws Exception: Microsoft.Exchange.Net.CommunicationErrorTransientException X-Psws-Warning: When an item can't be read from the source database or it can't be written to the destination database The error occurs if you specify the UPN or GUID as the target. Via Powershell I don't see any output at Get-MailboxImportRequest. The error occurs with all PST files or with all mailboxes.

Try to repair the pst and upload and import again.

It works with me, hope it will help.

This seems to be working now, at least for us. I have done a number of PST imports in the last 3 days that all worked. All were fairly small - 1Gb or less. I have not tested this with a larger PST yet. The Microsoft rep that I have been working with said the issue has been resolved now, but as others have said, there is no notice in the 365 Admin Center about this.

Still experiencing the same issue.

Import job stuck at 0% for about 2 hours before completing with failures.

Status code: InternalServerError (500)
