How to investigate a billing charge from Microsoft?

I have a charge on my Mastercard bill and want to get the receipt sent to me.

    My name is Ray, not Matt, which may be part of the problem. I have two charges on my account, one, on Feb. 17 for $69.99 is my annual renewal. The second, for 99.99 on Apr. 17 does not show up on my account, and was not made by me.
