How to investigate a billing charge from Microsoft?

I have a charge on my Mastercard bill and want to get the receipt sent to me.

    Daniel, thanks for assisting me in getting a refund. My bank has a pending charge of $106.74 for Microsoft annual subscription. I did not authorize this charge and would like to have it refunded please. I have purchased this already.

    hi my name is leanne heal i would like to know why i have been charged twice on the same day of 20 dollars for subscription taken out of my bank account. i didn't give permission for this i would like this to be looked into i will be cancling my subscription from today the 07/03/2023
