How to investigate a billing charge from Microsoft?

I have a charge on my Mastercard bill and want to get the receipt sent to me.

    I have been charged £10.99 a month for over a year and I haven’t signed up for anything and my Microsoft account says no purchases made in the last 3 months so why is this money coming out each month?

    This happened to me with many contacts with Microsoft and only way is on line they has the worst customer service which I thing is deliberate so they keep this happening as it’s happening to heaps of their customers all over the world bring in plenty of cash for them

    you can’t contact them over the phone over here and there on line is in another country with on care

    My advice is do what I did contact your bank and cancel the card as Microsoft don’t care
