How to investigate a billing charge from Microsoft?

I have a charge on my Mastercard bill and want to get the receipt sent to me.

    it is so hard to speak with some one. No one works at Microsoft for billing I have been charged for Microsoft 365 family that cost $105 that I did not authorize and was flagged by my bank shutting down my account

    This is a hack job You owe me $60.00 and noone has responded to my demand for severl months. Microsoft Store is a total rip off. You allowed someone to hack my account and have refused to do a refund. I am 84 years old aand NEVER EVER even seen an XBox. I want and need an immediate credit or refund. If I ever were to try and rip off someone I assure you that it would be for a hell of a lot more than $60.00. Noone in my family ownes an xox. Store credit please.. I have called several times and noone ever does a damn thing.

    same thing happened to me it’s not a hack it’s Microsoft

    And don’t want to fix it or give a rats **** about it

    They are uncontactable

    This has been going on all around the world this needs to be a class action imagine the money they are scamming off their customers $20 - $50.00 and they just run you around

    This is a rort has to be stopped look at the other emails on this forum
