We have checked all of our email and order history and this charge does not come on on any of our accounts.

We have also watched the video and done what it suggests.

Is there a way of reverse engerening our Mastercard bill to find the invoice?

Our bank has said it was a digital good games but that's all the info they gave us.

Hi, I have a Microsoft account, but I didn’t authorise a subscription. I don’t no why I’m being charge for this, I’m really confused. It says that I signed up for a free trial, which I didn’t do, now they have taken the payment.

I have two charges today - just now for £15 each for xbox gaming voucher

I do not have an xbox nor have I purchased for somebody else

This order was not from me

I have cancelled future requests via paypal but would like both of these vouchers cancelled and receive a refund please
