How to investigate a billing charge from Microsoft?

I have a charge on my Mastercard bill and want to get the receipt sent to me.

    I have two microsoft charges on PayPal account from a bank card that was lost. I reported it to.my bank as lost. Not sure why I have two charges on my PayPal account.
