Thank you! I didn't even think of that. But I did get in touch with them on a chat. Yep, I talked to a man on chat told him my problem and he took the charges off. I was so happy!

Trying to contact Microsoft is a joke can’t call them everything on line and service is so poor that you have to give up
On line they claim to help after numerous attempts they do nothing
I found the only way to stop them is cancel the card
Worst customer service in the world !!

I purchased a package for $19.99 US and it is not showing in the game. I tried reaching out to in game support but you need to create a Facebook account and I dont do social media.
Thank you. I was beginning to wonder what in the world was going on. No one knows but now I get your answer. Mine are credit card charges, so I don't know if they will take them off. But I'm going to try.
