How to investigate a billing charge from Microsoft?

I have a charge on my Mastercard bill and want to get the receipt sent to me.

I signed into Microsoft. I went to support. Then I wrote in what I needed help with and clicked on search for the answer and several answers came up and I clicked on the on what I wanted and another page came up and told me to write my question to the chat line and I did. I clicked it to go to chat and I was in. A very nice man chatted with me about the problem and got my info and it was corrected.
