How to investigate a billing charge from Microsoft?

I have a charge on my Mastercard bill and want to get the receipt sent to me.

    I have charges for .99 on my bank account numerous times. 11 so far. But when I go to my Microsoft account there are no charges. And no emails to confirm. The bank has reversed 10 charges so far. I have no way to

    Contact Microsoft since everything is online and no live person to contact. Apparently this is a problem others are having as well. I need information on what to do next. It states it’s for digital games but I find no record of anything I will continue to advise my bank to deny these charges until I can find an answer.

    I have a charge on my CapitalOne Master Cars ending in 1850 dated Feb 2 ,2023 For $99.99, MICROSOFT*SUBSCRIPTIONMSBILL.INFOWA.

    I was already billed on my Pay Pal Credit Card, ending in account #6428 with a reference Number P9283000REHM6V27D, I need to know why I was billed on 2 different Credit Cards for same thing. PLEASE ADVISE AND TAKE CHARGE OFF MY CAPITALONE ACCOUNT.

    Yes. I have checked all of my email and order history on Microsoft, or anything else. The charges are not mine.

    I watched the video and did what they said to do. I do not like my card being at the disposal of Microsoft in the first place!

    I was charged a sum of $2.15 twice! This is not a large sum, but I want to know what I did to be charged this amount.
