How to investigate a billing charge from Microsoft?

I have a charge on my Mastercard bill and want to get the receipt sent to me.

    This is a hack job You owe me $60.00 and noone has responded to my demand for severl months. Microsoft Store is a total rip off. You allowed someone to hack my account and have refused to do a refund. I am 84 years old aand NEVER EVER even seen an XBox. I want and need an immediate credit or refund. If I ever were to try and rip off someone I assure you that it would be for a hell of a lot more than $60.00. Noone in my family ownes an xox. Store credit please.. I have called several times and noone ever does a damn thing.

    I had the same problem

    Trying to contact Microsoft is a joke can’t call them everything on line and service is so poor that you have to give up

    On line they claim to help after numerous attempts they do nothing

    I found the only way to stop them is cancel the card

    Worst customer service in the world !!

    I do not see an answer here to my question, which was “ I have a charge on my MasterCard bill and I want to get the receipt sent to me”. Are you able to help me with this request or can you advise me where I need to go to obtain the receipt I have requested?
