I have been charged for Microsoft fees I did not purchase this and would like a full refund please.
I have charges for .99 on my bank account numerous times. 11 so far. But when I go to my Microsoft account there are no charges. And no emails to confirm. The bank has reversed 10 charges so far. I have no way to
Contact Microsoft since everything is online and no live person to contact. Apparently this is a problem others are having as well. I need information on what to do next. It states it’s for digital games but I find no record of anything I will continue to advise my bank to deny these charges until I can find an answer.
This happened to me with many contacts with Microsoft and only way is on line they has the worst customer service which I thing is deliberate so they keep this happening as it’s happening to heaps of their customers all over the world bring in plenty of cash for them
you can’t contact them over the phone over here and there on line is in another country with on care
My advice is do what I did contact your bank and cancel the card as Microsoft don’t care

Hello. I have had the amount of $7.67 USD drawn from my account since August of last year. I checked for any current subscriptions or paid services, but I have none. I have asked my bank not to allow these charges, but they still went through. I'd like to have these charges cease and, if possible, reversed. Thank you and have a nice day.
