How to investigate a billing charge from Microsoft?

I have a charge on my Mastercard bill and want to get the receipt sent to me.

    We had to cancel our card. Apparently it’s fraud. We had 14 charges of .99 cents. There is no number to call Microsoft and I even called the Microsoft store and no help. Please be aware of charges. This is happening too often

    I have a charge on my CapitalOne Master Cars ending in 1850 dated Feb 2 ,2023 For $99.99, MICROSOFT*SUBSCRIPTIONMSBILL.INFOWA.

    I was already billed on my Pay Pal Credit Card, ending in account #6428 with a reference Number P9283000REHM6V27D, I need to know why I was billed on 2 different Credit Cards for same thing. PLEASE ADVISE AND TAKE CHARGE OFF MY CAPITALONE ACCOUNT.

    I have charges on my phone bill for games I haven't downloaded or even played I've never bought anything from Microsoft through my phone

    Daniel, thanks for assisting me in getting a refund. My bank has a pending charge of $106.74 for Microsoft annual subscription. I did not authorize this charge and would like to have it refunded please. I have purchased this already.
