Microsoft account unusual sign-in activity email, -----> Is this phishing?

When you mouse over the "Review recent activity" button, what do you see?

I'm seeing this:

Why would this email go to the Junk folder?

Why would the links show that string of nonsense rather than a link to one's Microsoft profile?

Easily looks like a phishing scam.

EDIT: The thread is censoring the email addresses above. Well, none of them are Microsoft email addresses, so there's your red flag.

The main thing to keep in mind: if something is presented to your junk folder, Don't Reply to the email. EVER. If you want to check something out go to the actual website as you did now with these very real looking email for what appears to be from Microsoft.

This may be an old response. However, it is not correct. These are not legitimate emails from Facebook and I get more than 1 repeats every day.

I don’t believe Microsoft makes a real attempt to stop junk. I get thousands, mostly repeats of emails I’ve tried to block.

Goodness, I am getting these emails multiple times a day, to both my registered email and the back up recovery email address. I independently logged into my account and changed the password after the first few alerts I received, but I'm still getting them, even today. It's the last week or so it's continually doing it. Pleased to see it's not just me!

It's getting annoying now. I don't think this is some hacker - I think it's Microsoft's problem.
