Is this legit?

If so, what should I look for and do?

I receive the same email almost every day. There is a button to “report the user.” What would happen if I clicked that button?

Regarding the junk mail filter, it just DOESN'T work. The number of emails you can block are limited but I don't see where to do that now on Windows 11. Thankfully, it's easy to block unsafe emails using my android phone. Too many SAFE emails now appear in my junk folder, even though I constantly mark them as NOT JUNK. The amount of junk, although not 100 per day, is just too much. Knock on wood the Unusual Activity bogus emails have stopped, for now anyway. One has to constantly be on alert to watch for scams.

I've received several emails showing SUCCESSFUL logins from Russia recently including today. However, there are no successful login attempts shown in my account's recent activity log except from me. Hovering over the "Report this User" link shows the following email address: ******@espaccessacc.com

This seems more than suspicious to me so I'm reporting it as a phishing attempt.
