How to disable OneDrive "On this day" "Memories" whatever MS calls it now

This is such an awful feature and it's nearly impossible to turn off these email notifications. There's a broken link that says "notification settings" at the bottom of the email; I've been digging through my one drive settings to try to find them.

I marked them as spam and reported the sender for phishing/malware so maybe someone from MS will actually have to deal with this.

Same. This just happened and I'm having a panic attack. The past happened, but I don't need to relive it when working. All I wanted was to get things done, and I can't even turn the horrible feature off.

I'm right there with you. I just followed the link above and posted about it. I can only assume the entire thing is run by "kids" that don't have a history to worry about. I'm 50 and have over 20 years of photos. Some are things needed for litigation, for proof of wrongdoings by others. Others are embarrassing, painful, and more but are still saved for archival or other reasons. I feel like I have to remove all but my "happy" memories that I've saved for whatever reason elsewhere but that defeats the entire purpose. If this don't at least find a way to disable this soon I'm going to have to move my pics elsewhere. With over 20 years-worth and with time as both a professional and hobbyist photographer, saving both jpeg and DNG images, the space I'm paying for isn't small.

The only way to disable this nuisance is by going into windows and disable ALL NOTIFICATIONS from OneDrive, which is not the best solution.

I thought I had shut off this feature a month ago...but then two days ago another unwanted "memory" popped on to my screen. Somehow the switch for shutting it off doesn't seem to work.
