I recently updated the password on my account, but now I am unable to access my files on OneDrive. When I sign in on the web, I get the error message "Something went wrong. Error code: 103" and the page just reloads endlessly.
Similarly, I am unable to access any files in the OneDrive app for iPhone. When trying to open a file, it never downloads and eventually the error message is displayed "The file can't be displayed. Sorry, there was a problem opening the viewer."

This is happening to me now. It started like 2 days ago and I was just giving it time but nothing. I can access my files in my phone, but I need to do it in the computer. So for you it fixed by itself?
Exact same situation for me! Also some of the people that I shared a folder with can't properly upload their files. Apparently they've uploaded it but I can't access them. Anyone found a solution?
I rebooted my computer. Cleared the cache. Next day it was working properly.
Not sure if this would be the answer…I’ve tried in two different computers.
The only thing that has worked for me is using the Edge browser. Of course, if you aren't on a Windows machine, that won't help you. Even on a Win PC, it's super annoying to have to use Edge for OneDrive to function properly.
Just learned Microsoft bleeps with *s a commonly used word that is not even a cuss word and it actually made it look like I used a much worse word, so I have edited my comment to "super annoying" instead of "annoying as..." a common word that is used for fecal matter that starts with "c."
