I recently updated the password on my account, but now I am unable to access my files on OneDrive. When I sign in on the web, I get the error message "Something went wrong. Error code: 103" and the page just reloads endlessly.
Similarly, I am unable to access any files in the OneDrive app for iPhone. When trying to open a file, it never downloads and eventually the error message is displayed "The file can't be displayed. Sorry, there was a problem opening the viewer."

OneDrive as a component of 365?

Of course you have to enter a password to log on to your Microsoft account, and you will not able to access OneDrive without logging in the Microsoft account first.
I have the same problem.
I've found that if I click on "My Files" quickly between Resets it allows me to access my files. However, the problem I'm having is accessing a different Shared account.
Well, THAT was odd. I had the same problem as well, after having reset my MSOutlook account password. DESPITE having re-logged in (successfully) several times, I found that upon entering 'OneDrive,' ALL my OneDrive files were no longer present/visible, and I received the above-noted error message "Something went wrong. Error code: 103."
Though I was able to re-login to my Outlook account afresh and remained able to view my emails and other Outlook-related features, my OneDrive files *appeared* to be gone.
BUT ... after giving up trying to regain access late in the evening, I found the next morning that upon again re-entering my account, suddenly they had all re-appeared. Perhaps there was some delay factor at work, that prevented access for a time?
