Onedrive.com Error Code 103

I recently updated the password on my account, but now I am unable to access my files on OneDrive. When I sign in on the web, I get the error message "Something went wrong. Error code: 103" and the page just reloads endlessly.

Similarly, I am unable to access any files in the OneDrive app for iPhone. When trying to open a file, it never downloads and eventually the error message is displayed "The file can't be displayed. Sorry, there was a problem opening the viewer."

Thanks, using Edge worked for me too. Likewise, the Firefox fix worked (deleting live.com cookies). Much appreciated :)

I use Firefox and managed to fix the issue by deleting live.com cookies.

Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies & Site Data > Manage Data > [Search for live.com] > Remove Selected > Save

This worked perfectly for me today. No need to open Edge or something else.

Yes - it seems like there's some requirement to use Edge, AFAICT.

Seems very much like some of the other rather despicable business practices by Microsoft...SMDH. :(

Have you tried my Fix? Open a different Browser, such as Edge or Chrome. Open the OneDrive there. It should open ok. Then close that Browser & go back to your preferred Browser.
