Onedrive.com Error Code 103

I recently updated the password on my account, but now I am unable to access my files on OneDrive. When I sign in on the web, I get the error message "Something went wrong. Error code: 103" and the page just reloads endlessly.

Similarly, I am unable to access any files in the OneDrive app for iPhone. When trying to open a file, it never downloads and eventually the error message is displayed "The file can't be displayed. Sorry, there was a problem opening the viewer."

    yes, Microsoft Edge is the only browser that worked!

    Thank you - this worked for me. When I logged in via Edge it first tried to sign me in using a couple of my other MS accounts (residual cookies I guess) and I had to manually type the correct email address to log in with. Once successfully logged in, I emptied my recycle bin and went back to FF and refreshed. The error was gone.

    I think this must be the result of some weird cookie conflict in the browser.

    The only thing that has worked for me is using the Edge browser. Of course, if you aren't on a Windows machine, that won't help you. Even on a Win PC, it's super annoying to have to use Edge for OneDrive to function properly.

    Just learned Microsoft bleeps with *s a commonly used word that is not even a cuss word and it actually made it look like I used a much worse word, so I have edited my comment to "super annoying" instead of "annoying as..." a common word that is used for fecal matter that starts with "c."

    This was the fix for me. Really not cool this site can't play well with others. Microsoft programs have this thing where they always think they're right about stuff.

    I had the same problem - with the Recycle Bin. (in Firefox)

    Went away as soon as I switched to Edge.

    Maybe coincidental, but it didnt happen at all before I upgraded from a free account to 100GB
