Onedrive.com Error Code 103

Hi,

I've just had this issue in Firefox too. What worked for me:

Firefox >

Settings (hamburger menu, top right) >

Privacy & Security (sidebar) >

Cookies & Site Data (main pane)

Click on "Manage Data"

Enter "Live.com" in "search web site" field

Make sure live.com is highlighted in list & press delete key to remove all cookies (this will log you out of OneDrive in the browser)

I closed the browser window I had been using for OneDrive (not sure if this is absolutely necessary. But [shrugs])

open a new browser window

log in to OneDrive

Resolved Error 103/flashing window & I can now view recent files

Same problem [flickering, error 103] using CHROME and FIREFOX.

Did not have problem using EDGE browser

I recently updated the password on my account, but now I am unable to access my files on OneDrive. When I sign in on the web, I get the error message "Something went wrong. Error code: 103" and the page just reloads endlessly.

Similarly, I am unable to access any files in the OneDrive app for iPhone. When trying to open a file, it never downloads and eventually the error message is displayed "The file can't be displayed. Sorry, there was a problem opening the viewer."

I have the same problem now! Cause of it, I think: Use of the Microsoft Authenticator app to get acces on your personal save. Microsoft resolve it, fast!

How do I get to download files my onedrive when every thing I click on in there creates a 103 error loop?

I was getting messages that it was getting full (1TB) but now it wont let me download files or delete files

I dont know code or any "fancy" stuff...just an old woman who needs help
