Onedrive.com Error Code 103

I recently updated the password on my account, but now I am unable to access my files on OneDrive. When I sign in on the web, I get the error message "Something went wrong. Error code: 103" and the page just reloads endlessly.

Similarly, I am unable to access any files in the OneDrive app for iPhone. When trying to open a file, it never downloads and eventually the error message is displayed "The file can't be displayed. Sorry, there was a problem opening the viewer."

    Since I used the Chrome web browser straight through (when my OneDrive folders/files failed to display (despite multiple successful logout and re-login), as well as when it eventually succeeded the next morning (again successfully logging in) without any other action), and WITHOUT resort to Edge or any other web browser, that implies the root cause is some other ill-defined transient problem, instead of a browser-dependent problem that might be fixed by attempting access with Edge before again attempting FireFox.

    It seems we lack sufficient comparative data to speculate as to what else -- beyond <mysterious transient system problem at the Outlook server end> -- might apply.

    For those whose OneDrive files have disappeared but did NOT re-appear within a day or so, it will require more information to track down, and may require Microsoft intervention.

    No, mine is slightly different. As well as my own OneDrive account, I also manage one for my choir that has Training Files in it. I use my own account easily enough through the App, but the Choir's one through a URL. I can access it easily enough from my Laptop, at work, but not from home.

    Interesting. I can't rule out whether my laptop did a reboot overnight, before my missing OneDrive files magically reappeared in the morning, because I *do* allow the automatic updates -- so it's in the realm of possibility that occurred and triggered an overnight reboot. But I had not myself rebooted the machine.
