Onedrive.com Error Code 103

I recently updated the password on my account, but now I am unable to access my files on OneDrive. When I sign in on the web, I get the error message "Something went wrong. Error code: 103" and the page just reloads endlessly.

Similarly, I am unable to access any files in the OneDrive app for iPhone. When trying to open a file, it never downloads and eventually the error message is displayed "The file can't be displayed. Sorry, there was a problem opening the viewer."

Yep, it actually did. Mind, I was accessing OneDrive only via my laptop, not via my iPhone or by other means. I was using the Chrome browser, at the time they disappeared, AND when they reappeared. I about had a heart attack when all my files were missing after having reset my MSOutlook password, because although I have them elsewhere, it would be a LOT of work to put everything that I share with students and family back in place. Went to bed stressing over it after several logouts and re-logins and poking around online to find a solution. But upon arising in the morning, getting online ... <bang> there they were, visible again. Go figure. Great for me, but that means I can't suggest anything helpful to anyone else.

Have you tried my Fix? Open a different Browser, such as Edge or Chrome. Open the OneDrive there. It should open ok. Then close that Browser & go back to your preferred Browser.

I rebooted my computer. Cleared the cache. Next day it was working properly.

Well, THAT was odd. I had the same problem as well, after having reset my MSOutlook account password. DESPITE having re-logged in (successfully) several times, I found that upon entering 'OneDrive,' ALL my OneDrive files were no longer present/visible, and I received the above-noted error message "Something went wrong. Error code: 103."

Though I was able to re-login to my Outlook account afresh and remained able to view my emails and other Outlook-related features, my OneDrive files *appeared* to be gone.

BUT ... after giving up trying to regain access late in the evening, I found the next morning that upon again re-entering my account, suddenly they had all re-appeared. Perhaps there was some delay factor at work, that prevented access for a time?

    Update:

I've just discovered that after logging into it using Edge I can now log into it on FireFox. Perhaps this is the fix for everyone else getting this 103 problem?
