I recently updated the password on my account, but now I am unable to access my files on OneDrive. When I sign in on the web, I get the error message "Something went wrong. Error code: 103" and the page just reloads endlessly.
Similarly, I am unable to access any files in the OneDrive app for iPhone. When trying to open a file, it never downloads and eventually the error message is displayed "The file can't be displayed. Sorry, there was a problem opening the viewer."

I use Firefox and managed to fix the issue by deleting live.com cookies.
Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies & Site Data > Manage Data > [Search for live.com] > Remove Selected > Save
I have the same problem.
I've found that if I click on "My Files" quickly between Resets it allows me to access my files. However, the problem I'm having is accessing a different Shared account.
The only thing that has worked for me is using the Edge browser. Of course, if you aren't on a Windows machine, that won't help you. Even on a Win PC, it's super annoying to have to use Edge for OneDrive to function properly.
Just learned Microsoft bleeps with *s a commonly used word that is not even a cuss word and it actually made it look like I used a much worse word, so I have edited my comment to "super annoying" instead of "annoying as..." a common word that is used for fecal matter that starts with "c."

Worked perfectly for me.
The only strange thing was that only my recycle bin was affected, I could access all other data.

Of course you have to enter a password to log on to your Microsoft account, and you will not able to access OneDrive without logging in the Microsoft account first.
