Can not get confirmation code on Activation wizard id Office 2019

Hi there,

i have installed office 2019 in my older pc. recently i upgraded my pc and installed fresh windows 10. i went to https://setup.office.com , logged in with my account and downloaded the installation file. but when it comes to activation wizard, i cannot get confirmation code this time by calling telephone or (removed by Moderator). it shows blocked iid on (removed by Moderator) when in put the installation id.

please advise if you have any solution. TIA.

    Hi,  You cannot use the Product Key more than once to install the retail version of  Office Home and Student 2019.  You reinstall Office 2019 from your Office Account at:  https://account.microsoft.com/services/  You the same Microsoft Account that you used to setup Office for the first time.  NOTE: This will not work if you purchased a illegitimate Pro Plus version online.
