OneDrive Save button and Folders grayed out on iPhone but other clouds are not

Onedrive folders and Save button are grayed out on my iphone when I have tried to "Save to Files" through the Files App. The folders for some reason are showing as read only in the App as well which is quite weird.

However other cloud services such as google drive, dropbox save to iphone and the Save button are not grayed out and completely available to save too.

This was working previously but all of a sudden has stopped for no reason. I am site administrator on this account having full permissions from a microsoft end and have checked the settings in the iphone to allow access to all photos. I have not changed any settings either or read only.

Unfortunately this not available when performing some tasks such as trying to export notes to PDF format to OneDrive.

It only gives you the option to save and the save box is still grayed out.

Thank You, selecting OneDrive Icon, then the file location worked perfectly and quickly.
