OneDrive Save button and Folders grayed out on iPhone but other clouds are not

Onedrive folders and Save button are grayed out on my iphone when I have tried to "Save to Files" through the Files App. The folders for some reason are showing as read only in the App as well which is quite weird.

However other cloud services such as google drive, dropbox save to iphone and the Save button are not grayed out and completely available to save too.

This was working previously but all of a sudden has stopped for no reason. I am site administrator on this account having full permissions from a microsoft end and have checked the settings in the iphone to allow access to all photos. I have not changed any settings either or read only.

    To be honest, I haven't tested it extensively - this was more an inconvenience and a principle issue for me. I mainly just went to the iOS Files app and went to move a file from there and verified that when I selected OneDrive as a destination the Move button was again blue on not grey.

    Please do elaborate when you have time, I have a little time at present to play around with things and nag these gods.

    Don’t give the “gods” too much credit.  I did install the Updated Version of OneDrive (12.23.2) on my iPad and iPhone.  The Save to Files button is no longer grayed out; however I am having multiple problems with the App on both devices that did not exist previously.  I will elaborate later when I have more time.  Are you having any functionality issues?

    Microsoft have released an update of the OneDrive app. After install (via the AppStore, of course) you will need to ensure the app is closed then go to iOS Settings -> OneDrive and toggle on Clear Account Settings. Then start the OneDrive app and login (the Clear Account Settings switch automatically turns off). 

    You should then find that we can once again write to OneDrive via iOS integrated file processes. I have verified this as working for me and I hope to read your confirmation soon, too. 

    I might be dreaming but it’s a nice dream to think that maybe, just maybe, our combined efforts influenced a god (I very much doubt it but, like I said, it’s a nice dream).

    I suspect that they get it, they just don't care. They're so big and there's no one to hold them accountable, no ramifications or repercussions and they know they have us over a barrel. Are you or anyone else going to stop using Office and got to an alternative and pay another company for cloud based storage? Especially when the bog company(s) that you've moved to could do the same thing next month?

    I hate saying it but we are completely at their mercy and like mosquitoes biting a hippo.

    Have been given the same answers as you every time.  This was the latest two days ago.

    I do not think they get that every mobile business especially tradesman do not roam around with a cellular laptop or desktop in their car and are completely reliant on a small mobile devices to complete their work and digital paperwork.

    They need to give us something that keeps our people working and mobile.
